Patty Tsai 蔡貝桾。全職插畫家。擅長水彩、釉下彩。創作圍繞時尚、街拍、肖像及動物等主題。範疇涵蓋陶藝及壁畫。
學學文創志業約聘講師，曾與Chanel /Paul & Joe /新光三越/ 10/10 APOTHECARY/ 濕地venue 等單位合作，並接受人間衛視《創藝多腦河》第838集【清新暈染水彩霸氣動物】電視專訪。
2020於濕地venue繪製大型壁畫並聯合主辦《LE MONDE DE PATTY》插畫陶藝個展。
Patty Tsai (Pei-chun Tsai). I am a full-time illustrator who specializes in watercolor and underglaze. My artworks revolve around fashion, street photography, portraits, and animals, and my art forms of choice are ceramic art and murals.
I am a part-time lecturer at Xue Xue Institute, and I have also collaborated with Chanel, Paul & Joe, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, 10/10 APOTHECARY, VENUE, and others. Also, I received an interview by Beautiful Life Television’s Super Artists Design, which was aired in the show’s 838th episode: “Fierce Animals in Fresh Watercolors”.
In 2020, I created large-scale murals at VENUE, and co-hosted LE MONDE DE PATTY, a solo exhibition featuring illustrations and ceramic art.

An inquisitive mind that has been having conversations with birds since young, Dee is an illustrator, designer, and an all round creator with a diverse style.
Dee’s creation always start from her observations of animals and natural surroundings around her. Dee’s tendency to look beyond the confinement of reality allows her to approach her creations with rich patterns as well as a dashes of surrealism, merging and juxtaposing everyday objects with unlikely scenes.

嗨~我是QMo，我是一個兼職的創作者，在工作之餘喜歡攝影、畫圖以及文字撰寫，於是我將我的興趣結合成為我的創作，目前正朝全職插畫創作者的目標努力著。
仿仿Imitate是以我的生活為文本的插畫日記故事，故事圍繞在梅兒（Mer）的日常所見，梅兒在由模仿所組成的奇幻世界中旅行，透過紀錄生活，希望能拼湊出完整的自己。
Hi, my name is QMo; I am a part-time creator; in addition to my full-time job, I like to do camera shooting, painting, and literature writing, so I want to combine all of these and interest and turn out to be some creation. at the moment, I would like to become a full-time illustration creator and I am working on it as my personal goal.
‘’Imitate’’ is an illustrated-diary type of story based on my personal living. The story is about what Mer experiences and finds in daily life, Mer travel through the fantasy world which is consist of mimic, Hopefully, she can puzzle up the complete herself through the record of the living.

2020 TIF APPLICATION 台北插畫藝術節 徵件報名辦法
第三屆台北插畫藝術節，將以「 誰, 是誰的, 誰?」為策展主題。
透過「誰」這個提問？試圖以一種旁觀的他者、第三人稱的角度來討論每個人對自我的身份認同，從個人到與他人之間的關係。插畫創作者是怎麼以創作、或是其他形式的插畫展現出來，讓插畫不只是插畫。
身份是自我的標籤， 而認同是一個選擇的過程。 身份的認同會因歷史、文化和政治各種因素而改變。但人與人的關係也何嘗不是呢？每個人的自我身份認同，是有多少種不同建立的可能性？ 是透過怎麼方式去建立跟對照？透過討論社會，家庭，性別，性取向…等等，我們人與人之間的關係究竟是怎麼一回事呢？我們可以透過創作去展現出人與人之間的關係？

Through this question of “who” ? Trying to take a bystander, third-person perspective of the self. Hope to discuss how everyone Self-identity. And what about the relationship between oneself and others ? How can illustration creators presents the possibilities of identity and relationship in various aspects in the form of illustrations ? ” Illustration is not just illustration. “
Identity is the label of the self, and identification is a process of selection. It will change due to various factors such as history , culture and politics. How many different establishment possibilities are there for each person’s self-identity ? How is it used to establish and contrast ? Through discussing society , family , gender , sexual orientation , etc. Ｗhat kind of relationship between me, You and him/her ?
￭ 報名資格：插畫創作者，國籍、創作類別、風格不限。
￭ Registration qualification：Illustration creator , Nationality, creative categories, styles are not limited.
￭ 報名方式：線上申請 | 即日起至 2020.09.30（三）24:00 截止。

￭ 展區將會分成三種選擇：
A. 策展主題區：創作內容符合討論人、身份、形象與關係的，皆可申請。
B. 似顏繪互動展區：創作內容形式只要是肖像繪製，或是結合各種與觀眾互動的插畫展出計畫，皆可申請。
(像是似顏繪結合塔羅牌、寵物溝通…等。)
C. 不分類展區：沒有任何插畫主題與展出的限制設定，皆可申請。
每個申請展出者有兩張工作證, VIP票卷兩張, 一般票卷四張，含一本2020年展出者畫冊。今年除了展區之外的額外硬體需求，皆拆開登記申請付費使用，請提前確認無法現場臨時追加，畫冊也是。
￭ The exhibition area will be divided into three part:
A. Curatorial subject area:
Applications can be applied if the content of the creation matches the portrait, identity and relationship.
B. Portrait interactive exhibition area:
As long as the creative content format is portrait drawing, or a combination of various illustration exhibition projects that interact with the audience, you can apply.
C. Freedom subject exhibition area:
There are no restrictions on the subject of illustration and exhibition, and all applications can be applied.
Each applicant for exhibitors has two work permits, two VIP tickets, four general tickets, and an exhibition catalog of 2020 exhibitors. This year, all the extra hardware requirements besides the exhibition area will be opened for registration and paid for use. Please confirm in advance that it is not possible to temporarily add on-site.

2019 台北插畫藝術節 評審介紹：吳東龍 / TOMIC, DUNG LUNG WU
吳東龍 / TOMIC, DUNG LUNG WU
台灣新竹人。主修工業設計，嗜觀各種展覽，2006年起於台灣與中國地區出版個人全創作書籍《設計東京》系列迄今，現為作家、書籍與視覺設計師，也參與展覽設計企劃與木馬文化《享讀》書系規劃，並為設計講堂規劃講師，於富邦講堂、學學文創等參與講座活動逾數百場。
2013年起並參與廣播節目的錄製，目前為漢聲廣播電台〈遇見設計〉主持，獲得2019年文創新聞報導獎；文字、設計作品見於中港台三地媒體，2012-2015年任聯合辦公室「地下連雲 Lianyun Underground企業社」社長，現為「東喜設計工作室 tomic design atelier」負責人，亦受聘於國立交通大學及實踐大學等設計相關學系兼任講師。
不僅為設計觀察家，也常與國際品牌合作推廣，近期則擔任新一代設計展及James Dyson Award評審；2018年底於華山1914「未來市」開設選品店〈東喜鋪〉（KODAWARI YA），透過設計與世界交流，自許為連結好玩事物的設計主理人。

鄒駿昇 Page Tsou
有時是繪本插畫家，有時是視覺藝術家，有時是策展人。
目前在吉日設計工作室負責藝術總監，相信跨領域的交互作用能為創作帶來更多可能，工作內容時常在平面視覺與空間項目之間遊走。
取得英國皇家藝術學院視覺傳達藝術與設計碩士，曾多次入圍義大利波隆那插畫展，同時也是亞洲第一位sm國際插畫獎和美國3×3當代插畫全場大獎得主。

yesterdat should be happy
Ning，1987年生，畢業於倫敦藝術大學插畫研究所。總是過分沈溺在和現況無關的懷舊動作裡，回顧舊照、日記、覆頌著電影臺詞
自嘲度日，粉絲專頁Yesterday should be happy自2012年至今，畫下在沒有自主
能力挑片的年幼時期電影台所播放的電影，透過回想兒時印象深刻的電影片段
，以自身不刻意的與朋友經歷成長、困頓作為概念，將這些即使多次重複仍沒
有失去魅力的畫面做個紀錄。

一個愛畫畫的人，不吃肉類喜歡旅行、曬太陽、看著植物與動物發呆。 曾任職美術設計數年，現為自由接案者。
2019出版第一本書,城市旅行速寫!日本,朱雀文化出版。
Hello,I’m yuma wu,an illustrator from Taiwan.I don’t eat meat and love travel and sunbath.sometimes I enjoy staring at animals or plants for a whole day.
I worked as a art designer in Eslite Bookstore for several years before to be a freelancer.
